CONCERT DAY TIMETABLE
10:00am - Staff enter the building and lay tarkett
11:00am till 12:30 - Stage Rehearsals at the WELLINGTON CIVIC CENTRE in the following order:
- Intermediate Hip Hop
- Junior Ballet
- Babies - Not required to attend.
- Senior Jazz
- Slohne Solo
- Intermediate Modern
- Junior Tap
- Senior Modern
- Polly Solo
- Senior Ballet
- Brianna Solo
- Junior Modern
- Senior Tap
- Jamie Solo
- Intermediate Ballet
- Grace Solo
- Violet Solo
- Junior Jazz
12:30 till 1:30: Time to get ready. Either at the Civic Centre or at home. If you need help with hair and/or make up we will be here to help. We really want your concert experience to be stress free so please, ask for help if you need it.
1:30 - 2:00: ALL STUDENTS SHOULD BE IN THE DRESSING ROOMS READY TO DANCE. We will have loads of helpers, teachers and senior students to help and look after your dancers while you enjoy the show!
2:00pm CONCERT STARTS! There will be a presentation at the end.
3:00pm Approximately: CONCERT FINISHES - Please collect your dancer from the foyer.

- 13th December - Concert Rehearsals at Wellington Civic Centre from 11am to 1pm
- 13th December - Christmas Concert at Wellington Civic Centre from 2pm
- 16th December - Dubbo Studio End of year concert (come and watch!) 2pm
- 21st December - Final Day of Term 4
Term 1 2026
- 9th January - Elvis Festival Rehearsals
- 10th January - Elvis Festival
- 2nd February - Term 1 Commences
- 2nd April - Final Day of Term 1
Term 2 2026
- 20th April - Term 2 Commences
- 16th May - Wellington Show
- 22nd, 23rd and 24th May - Dubbo Show
- 19th, 20th & 21st June - Dubbo Eisteddfod Junior and Senior Groups (Proposed Dates)
- 27th & 28th June - Parkes Ooh La la (all groups)
- 4th July - Final Day Term 2
Term 3 2026
- 20th July - Term 3 Starts
- Late July/August - Wellington Eisteddfod (all groups)
- August - Orange Eisteddfod (Senior Groups Only)
- September - RAD Ballet Exams held at our Dubbo Studio
