Stage Rehearsals - 15th December 2025
- Stage Rehearsals will be held at DRTCC.
- Entry is via the back stage door in Carrington Avenue.
- DO NOT PARK in the council car park before 6pm. They will fine you.
- Tiny Dancers attendance is OPTIONAL. There will not be a designated baby sitter for Tiny Dancers on this day so parents are asked to stay close by. They will be done by 4:30pm.
- This is NOT a dress rehearsal. Just uniform and shoes.
- 3:30pm - Entry to DRTCC backstage area is open to STUDENTS ONLY
- This rehearsal will run in the order of the concert for lighting and stage purposes.

Concert Day - 16th December 2025
Tiny Dancers:
- Please arrive at the DRTCC backstage door (Carrington Avenue) at 5:45pm, dressed and ready to dance with hair and makeup done.
Costumes can be picked up from the studio at any time before the concert. - On concert day there will be a designated room for our tiny dancers with our backstage babysitter, Katie, who holds a current Working With Children Check.
- You may pick up your tiny dancer at intermission or after the show. Please note that DRTCC does not allow children to sit on laps—all audience members must have a ticket. Your dancer is always welcome to stay backstage with us instead.
- At the end of the show we will have a finale and awards ceremony where each tiny dancer will receive a medal. If your child has already gone home, their medal will be available for collection at the studio.
- Please pack anything that will help keep them comfortable and entertained backstage, such as an iPad/tablet, and clean snacks like bananas, apples, chips, popcorn, and water.
Please avoid cordial, chocolate, strawberries, or messy foods. - Drop-off and pick-up are both via the rear stage door on Carrington Avenue.
- If we need to contact you, we will call over the microphone or text/call.
You can contact us by TEXT only on 0415 307 684. We are very busy backstage but will reply as soon as we can. - Your little dancers are third in the show, performing at approximately 6:15pm.
- If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask — we are here to help!
Juniors:
- Please arrive at the backstage door of DRTCC at 5:00pm with hair and makeup fully done.
- No parents are permitted backstage at any time.
- Please pack water and clean, non-messy food such as plain chips, crackers, or apple slices.
- All costumes can be taken home after the performance.
- Drop-off and pick-up are both via the rear stage door on Carrington Avenue.
- At the end of the show we will have a finale and awards ceremony, so please stay for this.
- Dancers are to remain backstage for the entire duration of the show.
If your dancer is not performing in the second half, you may collect them at intermission from the rear stage door. They are welcome and encourage to stay backstage for the full show - relax and enjoy!
Seniors: You are welcome to arrive anytime after 1pm and before 5pm please.
